Services

• Meet & Greet Visit Each new pet family receives one complimentary Introductory Visit included in their first booking. I allocate up to 30mins to allow enough time. Please advise at your initial enquiry if you require me to attend during your pets feeding. Any additional or follow-up meeting(s) requested before service commences is charged for every additional 30 mins. This visit gives us an opportunity to meet, discuss details of your Pet Intake form and most importantly your pet/s can also meet me for the first time before you go away. This visit forms part of the first time paid booking process where we’ll run through your pet's routine and all the things they will require at each visit. This visit can also be used to handover keys for your upcoming confirmed visits.

 

• Pet Feeding Home Visits are available once or twice daily, with each visit lasting 30 minutes only. These visits are suitable for confident and independent pets who don’t require extra time or have any special needs. ​These visits are available in both peak and non peak periods. 

 

• Pet Minding Home Visits are offered once or twice daily, with each visit lasting 60 minutes. These visits are ideal for multi-pet households (1-3+ pets), including kittens, seniors, rescues, or pets in need of extra time and attention, whether they are shy, confident, young, or old. Please note, these visits are only available during non peak periods with the 30min visits being the default in peak time.

• Pet Sitting is available (in your home) if you require a longer or specialised service (min 2hrs). Please request a quote so we can discuss your pets needs. Housesitting and overnight not currently offered.​​​

Twice Daily Visits

• ​AM - Morning: 6am - 10am

• PM - Evening: 4pm - 8pm

• Twice daily visits are ideal for pets who have a set morning and evening routine and rely on their meals/interaction during these times. These visits can be conducted between the hours of: 6am - 10am and 4pm - 8pm. Having a set block allows me to assess and plan the best route to attend each booking in a timely manner.

 

Once Daily Visits

• Flexi: Anytime between 10am - 4pm

• Once daily home visits are ideally undertaken between the hours of 10am - 4pm, and I do try to ensure the visits are kept at a consistent time each day, however it may vary slightly each visit.  If my schedule allows for it, I will visit at your preferred time (AM or PM) but I cannot always guarantee this as the twice daily bookings take precedent for those timeslots. For the once daily visits that are at the start or end of your twice daily booking, I will of course also schedule those for AM or PM depending on when you depart and return home.​
