Meet & Greet

Service Description

A Meet & Greet visit is only required as part of your first time booking experience. Initially there will be a quick introductory visit in your home at no extra cost, which gives us an opportunity to meet, discuss details of your Pet Intake form and most importantly your pet/s can get to know me for the first time before you go away. This visit forms part of the first time paid booking process where we’ll run through your pet's routine and all the things they will require at each visit. This visit can also be used to handover keys for your upcoming confirmed visits. 

Cancellation Policy
